Project involved a range of tasks. Concrete repairs to address varying depths of damage, removing compromised concrete applied suitable concrete materials to restore the structural integrity of the deck. Trench drains were rebuilt to ensure proper water runoff. New expansion joints were installed to provide flexibility and prevent cracking of the deck. Deteriorated railing posts and railing was replaced to enhance safety and aesthetics. A high-quality deck waterproofing system was applied, preventing potential damage to the structure.
